Tea type: GABA Oolong
Story
Honey GABA Oolong is crafted through a specialized oxygen-free fermentation process that naturally increases the tea’s concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)—a naturally occurring compound also found in the human nervous system.
GABA tea has long been appreciated for its calming yet clear-headed effect. Rather than making you sleepy, it is often enjoyed for helping the body unwind while allowing the mind to remain present and focused. For this reason, it’s an ideal tea for the late afternoon or evening, when the day begins to slow down.
Among all the teas in our collection, Honey GABA Oolong contains the highest concentration of naturally occurring GABA, making it our go-to recommendation for moments of relaxation, recovery and mindful pause.
In the Cup
The infusion glows with a warm honey-amber color, opening with aromas of ripe fruit, fresh biscuits and wildflower honey.
Its texture is rich, velvety and comforting. Notes of baked fruit, citrus peel, warm spices and berries unfold gradually, finishing with a refreshing sweetness that lingers long after each sip.
