The VOCANTRA® is the world’s first voice meditation instrument. It’s a sound sculpture that lets you feel, hear and see your own voice in real time. When you sound into it, the vibration moves through your body as your voice draws living patterns in tea on a copper plate. The VOCANTRA is more than a tool — it's a method and a movement to give the body a voice. To meet the deeper self.

We open with Gong Fu Cha and an invocation: tea poured onto the instrument to bring it to life and open the circle.

Fabiola Einhorn has been a somatic integration and relationship guide for 10 years. She guides a breath journey set to Virtual Dreams II: Ambient Explorations in the House & Techno Age, Japan 1993–1999. Simple somatic practices then help you feel what your body is holding. The shadow as well as the light become tangible as we give it a voice through the instrument.

At the heart of the circle, a few participants are invited to "sit with it" and sound into the VOCANTRA, invoking a remembrance of how to heal collectively. Everyone feels it, and everyone is part of it. Stay after the circle to try the instrument yourself.
